The film explains the climate change and the human footprint. We describe the present situation, according to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). We also present 12 technical solutions ant 8 tools of laws and regulations to mitigate CO2 emissions. These individual chapters help understand the advantages and the drawbacks of each solution.
