Climate plan for Geneva: 1 year afterwards, what has been done?

We have written this document in order to propose an analysis of the decisions that have been in Geneva taken for one year, in order to determine if Geneva is experiencing a turning point in the way it deals with climate change.

This study aims to be an objective assessment of the situation.
